S.F. 473 – the Abortion Amendment – has already PASSED the Senate Judiciary Committee. Now it’s headed to the Rules Committee, clearing the path for a vote on the Senate floor.
If adopted, this amendment would permanently lock abortion into Minnesota’s Constitution – tying the hands of future lawmakers and making it nearly impossible to protect unborn children down the road.
For years, radical legislators have been working to expand abortion with taxpayer funding, no limits, and no oversight. Now they want to cement it into the Constitution itself.
